Buzzards Bay is surrounded by a series of dedicated bike paths and quiet roads. Indeed, it’s possible to pedal completely around the bay if you wish—and many folks do just that during the annual Buzzards Bay Watershed Ride fundraiser for the Buzzards Bay Coalition.

To highlight some of the great biking possibilities around the bay, we put together the accompanying short video. It shows some of the area’s many great bike paths, including the Phoenix Rail Trail in Fairhaven, the Cape Cod Canal Bikeway in Bourne, and the Shining Seas bike path in Falmouth. And more bike paths are currently in the works in places like Marion and Mattapoisett!
