Only one entry per person. There is no fee to sign up. Contests will be for a stated period of time. Persons may enter each contest as the prizes and entry and drawing dates change.
ELIGIBILITY: This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States, 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Entrants must have Internet access as of October 1, 2020. Employees and their immediate families, including household members, of Explore New England Media, LLC, its advertisers and vendors involved in advertising or promotion are not eligible.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: You must be the registered subscriber of the e-mail account by which the entry is made prior to October 1, 2020. Incomplete entries will not be accepted. All entries become the property of ExploreNewEngland.tv. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. By entering this sweepstakes, you consent to ExploreNewEngland.tv’s and Vendor(s) providing the prize(s) use of your name for promotional purposes, including online announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Neither ExploreNewEngland.tv, its parents, nor its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, or any telephone network or service providers are responsible for the incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information; any human error, technical malfunctions, or lost/delayed data transmission; any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, or software; inability to access any website or online service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, or misdirected entries.
PRIZE: One (1) winner will be drawn and a total of one (1) prizes will be awarded.
The winners will receive the package as described on the Contest Page. Prizes will be supplied by ExploreNewEngland.tv.
The winners will be drawn on date stated on Contest Page from all entries received between commencement of the contest and end date of contest as stated on the Contest Page. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. No prize substitution, cash substitution, or assignment or transfer of prizes is permitted, except by Sponsor for reason of unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Prizes not claimed or claimed unlawfully will not be awarded. ExploreNewEngland.tv reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Subject to availability, nontransferable, nonnegotiable. By entering this sweepstakes, all entries agree that sponsors have the sole right to decide all disputes arising from the sweepstakes and their determination of the winners is final. Winners must be at least 21 years of age; all travel is based upon availability; travel and lodgings are nontransferable and not redeemable for cash; all decisions are final.
DRAWING: Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Contest ends November 19, 2020. Entries received after that date are not eligible. A random drawing for the prize winner will be held on November 20, 2020.
ExploreNewEngland.tv’s decisions are final with respect to all aspects of the sweepstakes. The winners will be notified by e-mail. The winner is required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/publicity, confirming that he/she has complied with sweepstakes rules, and, along with winner’s designated travel companion, a liability release, and return them properly executed, within stated time of specific contest of attempted notification as a condition of awarding the prize. If prize notification is returned as undelivered or the winner fails to return the affidavit and release(s) as specified within two weeks of winner notification, that winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. If, in Sponsor’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prize using all entries received as of the termination date. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by Sponsor or its agents. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, modify or suspend this sweepstakes due to extraordinary circumstances. Drawing will be held on or about the date listed on the contest entry page and on subsequent dates, if necessary, as described above.
