Whether you like to hike, bike, snowshoe or cross-country ski, you’ll find a great place to do it at the Rangeley Lakes Trails Center in Rangeley, Maine. RLTC comprises 55 kilometers (34 miles) of well-maintained, scenic, dog-friendly trails for year-round use. Kids will have fun on the Gnome Home Roam, featuring 20 or more carved gnomes in tiny houses scattered among the trails.

Trails are groomed in winter, and the center rents equipment, including fat bikes, skis, poles, boots, and snowshoes. Lessons and guided tours are also available, and the Center hosts events such as the 50K or 25K Rangeley Loppet, Fat Bike Loppet, and Moose Dash Snowshoe Race.
