Mass Audubon recently opened a new kayak and canoe landing at the organization’s Brewster’s Woods Wildlife Sanctuary on the Concord River in Concord, MA.
The new landing site will also allow paddlers to pull up to the sanctuary and enjoy a walk on the property, which features two miles of trails leading to a historic site that was once the home of William Brewster, a noted ornithologist and Mass Audubon’s first president. Numerous wildlife-viewing spots are also part of the trail system.
